Africa Public Health Network (APHN) is a non-profit organization established to conduct and support programs aimed at solving major public health challenges in Africa, with a specific focus on health system strengthening to have the greatest possible impact on the health of the people; health program support focusing on major infectious and non-infectious diseases in Africa; workforce development to develop new skills, knowledge and attitudes; strengthening and improving emergency preparedness and response including disaster and humanitarian relief supports; and fostering and promoting health policy research and innovation.
